Types Of Surrogacy-
There are two types of surrogacy. One is traditional and other is the gestational surrogacy. In the first method, the surrogate mother is artificially inseminated, whether by the intended father or by an anonymous donor of sperm. In this case, the child biologically belongs to both the surrogate mother and the father.
In gestational surrogacy, the embryo is fertilized outside, by the egg and sperm of the intended parents, which is then implanted in the womb of the surrogate mother. In this case, the child biologically belongs to the intended parents.
